Cool tips. Anytime you put some type of application under the eyes you want to be gentle so and not pull on the skin. That is how you get bags when you are in your 50's... like your grandma. ha ha.

Yea Um..Thats way more makeup then I wear. And I like my uuber natural with way too much eyeliner look lol
